STAY ON KEY

STAY ON KEY is an innovative new approach to maximising individual and team performance while enhancing general wellbeing.

The programme was created by Kimberley Solari who developed the concept of Alphosono-Biometrics™ an assessment that identifies key areas of the personality of individuals and teams based on their unique natural symphony.

The Alphosono-Biometrics system specifically deals with the human symphony that is within us and that is key in determining the health status of body and mind including strengths and weaknesses.

The same manner in which Machine Learning (ML) detects patterns and behaviours and adapts to new circumstances, so do the sounds of our body symphony provide the same patterns.

This method of assessment is linked to the Chakra system, the body’s energy superhighway which connects 7 key areas through which energy flows.

When an individual’s symphony is ‘on key’, the energy is flowing well and all major organs are operating without stress; perfect conditions for productivity, collaboration, engagement and wellbeing.

By identifying which areas are ‘off key’, the programme will assess where improvements can be made for the benefit of the businesses and their employees.
